1️⃣ Eligibility & Return Period 🗓️
You may request a return or exchange for most products within 7 to 10 business days from the delivery date, provided that the item is:
• Unused and unopened.
• In its original condition, sealed with cellophane, including full packaging, accessories, and invoice.
Customers may choose one of the following options:
• Refund of the paid amount.
• Exchange for another product.

2️⃣ Proof & Documentation 📸
If you receive a product that is:
• Damaged
• Leaking
• Missing items
You must submit clear photos or a video showing the issue within 24 hours of delivery via:
• WhatsApp
• Or the official email listed on our website.
⚠️ These documents are mandatory for review by our quality control team and suppliers. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

3️⃣ Refund Amount 💰
• If the return is due to a confirmed store error or verified damage, a full refund will be issued, including shipping fees.
• In other cases (such as change of mind or refusal without a valid reason), the refunded amount will be net of the following deductions:
• Original shipping fees.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, if applicable.
• Any actual return shipping costs charged by the courier.
📌 The final refundable amount will be confirmed with the customer before processing.

4️⃣ Refund Processing Time ⏳
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our quality team:
• Refunds will be processed within up to 10 business days.
Refund method:
• Online payments: refunded to the original payment method (after payment gateway fees, if applicable).
• Cash on Delivery: refunded via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay, after applicable fees.

5️⃣ Exchange & Price Difference 🔄
• If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid before processing the new order.
• If the replacement item is lower in price, the difference will be transferred to the customer as applicable

6️⃣ Non-Returnable Cases 🚫
Return requests may be rejected if:
• The product has been opened or used.
• Original packaging or seal is missing.
• More than 10 days have passed since delivery.
• The product shows signs of misuse or tampering.
In case of rejection:
• The customer will be notified with the reason.
• The item will be held in our warehouse for 7 business days.
• Re-shipping the item to the customer is optional and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
